Documenting Math with Technology
The aim of this project is for teachers and students to work together, using technology, to co-document math learning in a way that will enhance student voice during consolidation and increase teachers’ understanding of how children learn math.

Come Together, Over Math!
Building a comprehensive numeracy program in Grade 7 and 8 French Immersion. Our group met to explore and develop mental math problems, 3-part math lessons, games centres, technology-based math resources and a division-wide Mathapalooza celebration.

Using Student Clinical Interviews About Fractions and Decimals as a Diagnostic to Determine Student Misconceptions and Plan Instructional Next Steps

Facilitating all Students to Move Toward Self-Assessment and Self-Regulating in Math
Teachers and students co-created success criteria and a single-point rubric to work through problem-solving questions and self-assessing their own work. Students were able to determine their own next steps using either process or task feedback.

Foundation Numeracy Skills
Developing an understanding of Early Number Concepts and the role it plays in developing foundational mathematical skills that lead to success in later years with more complex mathematical concepts.
