A two-year math learning continuum was built to support educators while planning and assessing, responding to students’ needs and the differentiation of instruction, all while keeping in mind the developmental readiness of students in kindergarten.

“What can we do for homework?” We used this grant money to create a bank of math games for primary, junior and intermediate students that can be signed out by families to enjoy math practice in an engaging way.

Traditional Algonquin Knowledge and Wellness for Newcomers and Their Teachers
Our project focused on how teachers of Adult ESL courses can integrate traditional knowledge and realities of Anishinabeg (Algonquin) on whose territory they teach. This focus on wellness was applied to curriculum that meets MOE Expectations for ESL.
