Teacher Librarian Specialist is intended for elementary or secondary teacher-librarians who are interested in assuming educational leadership responsibilities for the integration of research skills into the school curriculum. This course is to provide candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the role of the teacher-librarian within the school setting. This course extends the knowledge and skills from Part 1 and Part 2. Particular emphasis is placed on the leadership functions of the teacher-librarian with regard to school library programs.
