Teacher Leadership Part 1 is a course that focuses on the critical exploration of enhancing teacher practices, understanding critical teaching pedagogies, and building instructional leadership knowledge and skills. Course participants will employ a critical, pedagogical lens to explore in a holistic and integrated manner: theoretical foundations; learning theories; program planning; development and implementation; instructional design and practice; assessment and evaluation; the learning environment; and research and ethical considerations related to teaching and learning across the divisions.

Must be registered with the Ontario College of Teachers. It is no longer necessary to send in a copy of your Certificate of Qualification. We have access to this information via the OCT Public Registry.
