This three-day workshop is an opportunity for you to explore fundamental coaching skills that will support you and the work you are doing as a teacher, leader, instructional coach, department head and colleague.

The role of coaching is widely growing in the world of education, as it becomes the preeminent means of facilitating professional learning and building leadership capacity. Coaching skills are particularly relevant for teachers and leaders as they can help grow the talent and results in schools and systems by fostering a culture that invites increased responsibility, action and commitment through structured dialogue, focused inquiry and directed reflection.

This workshop will enhance your capacity to create the conditions for growth and change in students of any age and will support you in realizing the results you are striving for as a leader, instructional leader, colleague and educator. Additionally, this workshop will also provide the opportunity for practice coaching, observation and feedback, thus furthering individual development and enhanced impact.
