This course of 125 hours is an introduction to special education. It discusses the theory and practices related to students having special needs. The course explores the commonalities between students, planning and program delivery, accessibility, availability of resources and other issues related to teaching and learning. Although this course specifically targets those who want to learn more about special education, it can also help all teachers to be better prepared to teach integrated students having special needs.
