Course Description

In Special Education Part 1, participants will closely examine exceptionalities and intersectional factors, developing a deep understanding of diverse student needs and the corresponding school supports. There is a strong emphasis on the role of the teacher in facilitating smooth student transitions, championing literacy, and implementing flexible assessment practices that align with the principles of equity and inclusion.
