Science & Technology: Grades 7 & 8 is aligned with the Ontario Science & Technology curriculum. This course will examine the various strands from the Ministry Curriculum document and how a variety of strategies can be used to promote scientific inquiry and technological problem-solving. Practical classroom implementation ideas on teaching pedagogy (such as, differentiated instruction, assessment and evaluation and the principles of backwards design) will be shared, developed and reflected on throughout the learning process.
