Through examining current research and best practices, you will enhance your capacity for supporting professional learning to build a whole-school and cross-panel approach to literacy. A central focus is on developing strategies for identifying gaps through effective assessment and data analysis, particularly through an equity-lens to better support underserved and marginalized groups. You will also explore strategies for engaging colleagues in co-planning literacy programming across cross-curricular teams, overcoming resistance, and creating a culture of reading.
