This seminar will combine the latest research with practical classroom applications. Document behavioural indicators of developmental delays guided by recognized developmental periods. Communicate with parents about missed developmental milestones or observed “red flag” behaviors.

Learn how to:

  • Informally screen your elementary students and use the results to differentiate instruction
  • Support students with difficulties in social, emotional or academic areas
  • Prepare a referral for formal testing
  • Track student development when formal testing is not yet indicated – developmental tracking made simple.
