Everyone’s talking the “skills gap” but there’s also a gap in our understanding of apprenticeship and the skilled trades. Where is apprenticeship headed and what can apprenticeship teach higher ed about integrating learning and work?

Fourteen sessions examine apprenticeship and the skilled trades – from the skills gap to Germany’s dual-system model, from barriers for women to successful public-private partnerships. Leaders in education, government, labour and industry address the most pressing issues in the sector.
