This program highlights the skills and capacities that support teacher development and helps to support teachers who are considering formal school leadership. Exploring your equity stance is a necessary part of our daily work as both educators and school leaders and this module explores how we can reflect and engage in order to serve every student.

  • Explore the benefits and transferable skills afforded through second language learning
  • Understand the similarities and differences between the three French as a Second Language programs in Ontario.
  • Examine the important role of leadership in French as a Second Language teacher support and retention.
  • Reflect on how leaders create equitable and optimal conditions for learning for all learners in French as a Second Language programs.
