PART 1 – An introduction to business teaching methods and their application to the teaching of the subject area will be the focus of this course. Consideration will be given to aspects of curriculum development in the field including a discussion of appropriate supporting materials. PART 2 – The course will focus on instructional methods for teaching business in Senior grades. Consideration will be given to curriculum development and appropriate supporting materials. SPECIALIST – This course will emphasize the leadership role, introducing topics such as the development of educational materials; sourcing literature and research to develop or improve curriculum at the school and board level for all students.
