This session is applicable to any grade level, particularly middle school. Teachers will learn about some fun, easy

and exciting ways to open their classrooms to the world, applicable immediately following the webinar. During this presentation we’ll explore virtual speakers and field trips, National Geographic programs and resources, and some of Google’s newest tools to open classrooms to the world. Along the way I’ll share my adventures in and out of the classroom. From a classroom teacher who wasn’t happy with the teacher he was becoming, to founding a non-profit, to becoming a National Geographic Explorer and Fellow.
