Natural Curiosity is a teacher resource the looks at Environmental Inquiry and a powerful four-branch framework that combines inquiry-based learning, integrated learning, experiential learning and stewarding in a dynamic process. The resource offers elementary school teachers clarity, reassurance, and options for putting environmental inquiry into practice. This session is structured as an introduction to the world of Environmental Inquiry by presenting researched based theory, highlights from the book, and a window into teaching examples across Ontario. This session encouraged participants to ask questions and share stories/examples from their own teaching practice, so many additional ideas are available.
NOTE: This webinar is designed for elementary school educators who are new to inquiry and Natural Curiosity.
