This course will also help you to continue refining your personal style as a teacher-librarian. Ethical issues regarding the acquisition of library collections will be explored. You will consolidate those skills needed for leadership at a school and system level. Emphasis is on the use of information technologies that are part of the library resource centre, and the design and evaluation of programs and facilities, responding to current educational direction as well as the formulation of equity-based selection policies.
