Teaching and learning in a digital age is prompting changing practices. This webinar, presented by the Ministry of Education, will focus on the emerging importance that Digital Citizenship is playing in ensuring the safety, well-being, engagement and achievement of students, as well as the role that teachers play in modelling effective and responsible citizenship and impactful pedagogy when using digital tools. We will take a look at new pedagogies for deeper learning across the curriculum that support Ontario’s renewed vision for education and resources available for teachers that support the development of Digital Citizenship.
