The Schedule C Adult Education Additional Qualification course is designed to empower educators with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to excel in the dynamic field of adult education. Tailored for teachers seeking to enhance their instructional practices, this course explores the unique challenges and opportunities associated with educating adult learners while employing a critical lens to explore theoretical foundations and relevant research, instructional design and practices, assessment and evaluation, and the ethical considerations related to teaching and learning. Participants will emerge from this course equipped with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to meet learner needs and to address the distinct challenges and opportunities inherent in educating adult learners.
