In this webinar, we will explore the course’s objectives, structure, and content, including the elements of the new curriculum and the strands in the curriculum. We will also compare and contrast this new course to the previous Introduction to Computer Studies (ICS2O) course from 2008.
Additionally, we will discuss considerations for program planning, cross-curricular and integrated learning, and assessment and evaluation strategies in relation to the strands and the achievement chart. We will also talk about the vision of the course and the lens you can use when teaching it.
