As teachers, we invest significant time and energy supporting the wellbeing of our students. But who takes care of our wellbeing? This 90-minute interactive workshop begins by recognizing that our wellbeing at work is influenced by many factors: our individual actions, our relationships with students and colleagues, the school environment, and the deeper systemic factors that shape our working conditions. From this foundation, we will explore practical strategies to address stress, build psychological capital (hope, optimism, resilience, efficacy), and create supportive work and learning environments.
