In this session, participants are provided with a framework of understanding for mental health, mental illness and well-being. This is followed by an exploration of activities for participants that focus around seven key areas which can be applied in their daily lives: happiness, laughter, comedy, mindfulness, gratitude, forgiveness and support systems.
