Do digital tools always get in the way of our well-being? How can tools be used to support us in being mindful and helping us self regulate? As outlined in our 21st century global competencies, self regulation & well-being are essential as all pursue life long learning paths. In this webinar we will discuss what self regulation & well-being look like, sound like, and feel like in our digital age. We will also look at a variety of strategies and tools that could bridge self regulation, well-being & the digital tools at our disposal. Participants will leave with a toolbox of resources, ideas and strategies to explore in our learning communities.
