In this webinar, participants will learn to use coding to help make variables come to life. Participants will learn how to create applications to solve math problems directly related to the Ontario math curriculum. Some applications might include a guessing game, 12 hour to 24 hour clock converter and unit rates converter. Using variables helps to make Scratch (free web-based application) programs more interactive while helping students to think abstractly.
